Promotional Merchandise
All prices shown are in Canadian Dollars. 7% GST will be added to all orders within Canada. 7% PST will be added to all orders within British Columbia.

Shipping Policies
Orders will be shipped Ground - Freight charges of 3% of the total of your order will be added. A minimum charge of $10 will be added to any shipment.

Returns and Exchanges
Products can be returned within 30 days. Please send all returns (freight prepaid) to:

All items must returned with the original invoice and in the condition in which you received them. Please indicate on the invoice, or in an attached document, why you are returning the items. Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, we will not refund shipping charges. All refunds will be credited to the credit card used in your purchase.

Shipping Guarantee
Product will normally be shipped within seven days. We will notify you if any items are backordered.
